NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the file shows that the matter pertains to the year 2022 and notice is yet to be issued in the matter. Further, it reveals that for the last 06 dates of hearing i.e. 18.11.2022, 07.12.2022, 17.04.2023, 20.07.2023, 20.11.2023 and 15.02.2024, the matter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, except on one date i.e. 20.07.2023, on which date the petitioner had gone un-represented. Today, also the petitioner had gone un-represented, even the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
