Heard.
It is submitted by counsel for the parties that the matter has since been amicably settled by the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the terms of settlement have been incorporated in the 'settlement agreement' marked as C-1. The detailed terms of settlement have been incorporated in para 7 (a) to 7 (r) of the 'settlement agreement'. Both the counsel for the parties submit that appeals be disposed of as per this settlement.
In view of above submissions of learned counsel for the parties, appeals bearing No.RSA-6438-2014, RSA-6439-2014, RSA-6440-2014 and RSA-6441-2014 are accepted and judgment and decree passed by the Courts below are modified as per the terms of settlement agreement marked as C-1, which shall be read as part of the decree.
As the matter has been decided amicably, the parties are left to bear their own costs.
Copy of this order be placed on the files of other connected matters.
