(ORAL) Prayer in the present 1st Petition under Section 528 of the Bharaitya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of criminal case FIR No.0082 dated 01.12.2023 under Sections 323, 406, 465, 498A, 506 (Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120-B added lateron) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Women Police Station, Ambala District Ambala (Annexure P-1), qua the Petitioners alongwith all other subsequent and consequential proceedings arising out of the said case FIR.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
