Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that FIR No.45 dated 14.2.2019 under Sections 376, 342, 506, 120-B, Police Station Nuh, District Nuh, Mewat was lodged at the instance of the petitioner about 8 months back, no effective investigation has been conducted in the matter till date and that none of the accused have been arrested so far.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion as regards merits of the allegations levelled in the FIR, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, District Nuh, Mewat to look into the matter and GAURAV SOROT 2019.10.24 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM-M-45296-2019 to dispose of representation (Annexure P-2) and to ensure that matter pertaining to aforesaid FIR is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report is filed thereupon at the earliest. 3.
