Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.218 dated 11.06.2022, under Sections 201 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Hansi, District Hisar.

Reply filed by way of affidavit dated 03.05.2024 of Mr. Maqsood Ahmed, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Hansi, is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the other side. Registry to do the needful.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.
