H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants states that in view of the written compromise between the parties, the appellants - defendants have handed over possession of the plot to respondent - Dalbir Singh and the decreetal amount as per judgment and decree passed by the Courts below, has been adjusted against the property in question and nothing remains due from the appellants towards respondent. In that way, the appeal has become infructuous, and it be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed being infructuous.
