 **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the fact that the matter has been passed over twice. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it for the purpose of refiling the same within a period of 40 days. However, as per Registry, the present case has not been taken back for removing objection(s) despite lapse of aforesaid period. In view thereof, the present case is dismissed in default, with liberty to file it afresh after removing the objection(s) so raised by the Registry.
