(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.210 dated 08.5.2023, under Section 306 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 10.2.2024 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the total custody of 08 months and 05 days including remission.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
