Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.80 dated 30.03.2023, under Sections 365, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (offence under Sections 364, 201 and 34 IPC were added later on) registered at Police Station Ateli, District Mahendergarh. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.

Needless to say that petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedy for seeking regular bail before the learned trial Court as and when occasion so arises.
