(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 13.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector, First Grade, Qadian, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 09.01.2025, learned counsel for the petitioners had sought an adjournment for placing on record the zimini orders passed in the partition application. However, till date order dated 09.01.2025 has not been complied with by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
