H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the appeal has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly. He has placed on file copy of order dated 11.5.2016 and statement of Sukhwinder Singh, recorded before the Executing Court on that very day, in support of his contention.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 also admits the factum of compromise between the parties. As such, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
