The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application was filed on 13.08.2010 by Sh. Manoj Kumar Palwal, Advocate, vide Diary No.549021 in CRM2M222639 of 2010. Main case has been dismissed on 13.08.2010. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 23.08.2010. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part2A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re2filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re2filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re2filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.
