Khinda, Advocate for the respondent. **** Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that as per his instructions the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the appellant states that though he could not contact his client to get necessary instructions but as per details of the case history and interim order downloaded by him from E.Court services Website, the case is mentioned to have been settled between the parties on the basis of compromise and the execution application has been disposed of being fully satisfied in the National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record copy of the case history as well as copy of the interim order dated 14.12.2019. It being so, the present Regular Second Appeal has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
