This is a Writ Petition pending since 2019 at the initial stage. On several dates, the case was adjourned. Even today, no one appears on behalf of petitioner even in the second round.

The petitioner by way of this petition claims for quashing of the order dt.25.07.2018 (P-2) and the appellate order dt. 27.03.2019 (P-5) passed by DC-cum-Tribunal Senior Citizen and Maintenance Act, 2007 under Distt. Magistrate, whereby the appeal has also been rejected and the order dt.25.07.2018 (P-2) was upheld.

The orders passed are on factual grounds and there is no illegality committed. 4.

In view thereof, no interference of this Court is warranted. 5.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
