On 20.05.2022 the following order was passed : "On first call, Mr. Narender Singh Kamboj, Advocate put in appearance and filed Power of Attorney on behalf of the appellant. On his request, the matter was passed over. However, on second call, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.

This appeal pertains to the year 2017, which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 25.05.2022.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in case the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.

RSA No.3713 of 2017 -2Today an adjournment slip has been filed on behalf of the counsel for the appellant stating that he is unable to appear in Court as he is out of the country. In view of the order dated 20.5.2022, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
