Mr. Tushar Sharma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent Nos.1 to 3 and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the main case is permitted to be withdrawn as the matter stands settled between the parties. 9.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case (RSA-324-2018) is taken on Board today itself. RSA-324-2018 10.
