The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 09.03.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-4642-2022, whereby direction was issued to the respondent to decide the representation dated 30.09.2021 filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

In compliance of the order dated 09.03.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-4642-2022, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 30.05.2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a copy of the said speaking order would be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself. Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 30.05.2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal. 6.
