In view of the contention raised, the present petitions are disposed of with the directions to the Trial Court to hear and decide the instant cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act along with the case emanating of the FIR in question. 3.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
