The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to re-conduct the petitioner's examination for the selection to the post of Supervisor. The learned counsel representing the State of Punjab admits that this is still an ongoing process. It is the case of the petitioner that since there was misprint in the booklet of Set-B, therefore, she could not attempt the paper properly. She also made a request to the Invigilator, however, her request was not accepted. It is also claimed that on account of an incomplete question paper, she lost her precious examination time.

The facts, as noticed above, are not disputed by the learned counsel representing the respondent. The booklet of Set B has been produced. It is evident that Part-I of the question paper as handed over to the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.01.18 13:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petitioner is not complete.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is allowed. Let the respondent re-conduct the petitioner's examination for the post of Supervisor within a period of one month, positively, from today. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge January 13, 2023 "DK"
