Mr. Rajat Gautam, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.109 dated 24.02.2024 under Sections 186, 225, 353, 34 of the IPC registered at Police Station City Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in compliance of order dated 11.11.2024.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Krishan Gopal, has not disputed the submissions made by the counsel opposite. He, on further instructions, has submitted that a cancellation report has also been prepared by the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that in the light of the above, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners would not be required. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 11.11.2024, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) BNSS.
