Therefore the present petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No.85 dated 03.06.2022, registered under Section 376 of IPC, at police Station Division No.2, District Ludhiana has become infructuous and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
