LRs of appellant, who is stated to have expired on 23.10.2021, as mentioned in Para-3 of the application are ordered to be impleaded. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Registry to do the needful. CM-5470-C-2019 For the reasons stated in application, same is allowed. Annexures P-9 & P-10 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Main case (O&M) At the very outset, learned counsel for appellant states that matter has been amicably resolved in the mediation proceedings and a settlement dated 28.03.2018 (Annexure P-9) has been effected. It transpires that parties have already acted upon said settlement and have also further entered into sale-deed pursuant thereto.
