The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application was filed on 04.05.2011 by Sh. Subhash Garg, respondent in person, vide Diary No. 665662 in CROCP No. 14 of 2010. Main case has been disposed of on 02.12.2013. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 07.05.2011.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part1A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re1filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re1filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re1filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
