Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present appeal be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 21.10.2024. The said compromise is signed by all the parties concerned. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 21.10.2024 arrived at between the parties, which is marked as 'Ex.C-1'. The compromise dated 21.10.2024 (Ex.C-1) be made a part of the decree-sheet. Decree-sheet be drawn up accordingly.
