Perusal of order sheets reveals that on 25.01.2023, notice was issued in the matter. Thereafter, on the last date of hearing i.e. 05.07.2023, it was noted by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court that notice to the respondent could not be issued for want of process fee; and fresh notice was directed to be issued to the respondent after the needful is done; also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the said date.

Office report received shows that learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed the process fee till date; as also even in the second round today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition; and the same is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution.
