SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of complaint No.NACT/345/2023 and summoning order dated 05.05.2023 (P.6) as the debt is not legally enforceable debt and liability as the cheque in question was missing and DDR to this effect was lodged since 03.12.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all the pleas available to him before the trial Court, at the appropriate stage.

Prayer is accepted.
