AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents no.3 and 4 to take effective steps to clean the village pond so that waste water may not cause the loss to the crops of petitioner every year.
Mr. Balbir Singh Jaswal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the request/representation dated 13.02.2019 (Annexure P-9) within some specified time.
