The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7395-2025.

This Court had issued the following directions in CWP-73952025, vide its order dated 18.03.2025:- "2. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 30.01.2024, Annexure P-6, taking note of the afore-judgment, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2025.09.29 19:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-4110-2025 (O&M) -2shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon."

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7395-2025, a speaking order dated 15.09.2025 has been passed by respondent No.3. A copy thereof has been placed on record as well as supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who does not dispute the same. 4.

In view of the above, since order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-7395-2025, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 15.09.2025 passed by respondent No.3.
