-1   The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the impugned letter (Annexure P-10) dated 16.04.2025 passed by Commissioner, Kaithal directing the Naib Tehildar, Kaithal to execute/allotment/sale deed/conveyance deed in compliance of impugned committee report dated 15.10.2024 (Annexure P-9). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
