Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No. 51, dated 04.05.2018, under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Kathgarh, District SBS Nagar (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the dispute has been partially settled with the petitioners herein, and all the accused are not presently available, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise the plea of compromise before the trial Court, where trial proceedings are in progress. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of as having been withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
