-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present appeal pertains to the year 2017. On 09.08.2017 the case was adjourned on the request of counsel for the appellant. On 08.02.2017, since none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, the case was adjourned to 24.05.2018. On 24.05.2018, again the case was adjourned on the request of counsel for the appellant. On 28.08.2018 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 21.09.2018. On 21.09.2018 a request for an adjournment was made on behalf of counsel for the appellant and the case was adjourned to 12.11.2018. On 12.11.2018 the case was dismissed for non-prosecution as none had been putting in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Vide order dated 29.05.2019, the present appeal was restored to its original number. On 26.08.

2019 none appeared on behalf of the appellant. On 19.02.2020 the case was adjourned on the request of counsel for the appellant. Thereafter, the matter was not taken up due to the situation created because of the TRIPTI SAINI 2023.02.

RSA-3905-2017 (O&M) -2Pandemic Covid-19. On 18.05.2020 the case was adjourned by order. On 29.08.2022 the following order was passed :

"This appeal pertains to the year 2017 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 01.02.2023. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."

Today again the case has been called twice, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
