**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is to set aside orders dated 21.01.2019 and 21.08.2019 (Annexures P-1(Colly)) passed by Ld. Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chandigarh, whereby Ld. Tribunal on the basis of order dated 21.01.2019 struck off the defence of petitioner/defendant stating that right to file written statement already stood closed on 21.01.2019.

Matter has been taken up after a long gap caused by intervening pandemic period. However, on resumed hearing today, none appears on behalf of petitioners.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that present revision is not maintainable as remedy of appeal is available under Section 20 of The Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993.

Be that as it may, since none appears on behalf of petitioners, revision is dismissed in default.
