(Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of orders dated 21.09.2023 (Annexure P-7), 26.09.2023 (Annexure P-8) and 29.09.2023 (Annexure P-9) whereby application of the petitioners seeking allotment of paddy for KMS 2023-24 has been declined.

Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority, thus, the present petition is not maintainable.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, however, prays that ANJU GOEL 2023.10.06 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
