RA-CW-57-2016 This review application seeks to recall the order dated 18.01.2016 whereby the writ petition was disposed of in terms of the order passed in the connected writ petition. One mistake which is apparent on the record is that Mr. Man Mohan Singh, Senior Counsel had argued the case on behalf of the private respondents and not on behalf of the Gram Panchayat but in the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in CWP No.2231 of 1987 his presence has been recorded on behalf of the Gram Panchayat. The order to that extent thus has to be corrected. Ordered accordingly. The plea taken in the review application is that the facts of the case in CWP No.2231 of 1987 are distinguishable from CWP No.2230 of 1987. Though this plea cannot be accepted out-rightly but there appears V.VISHAL 2016.05.13 13:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

    to be some substance that the instant writ petition requires to be heard separately. We thus recall the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in CWP No.2231 of 1987 and restore the writ petition to its original number and file. Since it is an old matter, the writ petition is directed to be listed in the Motion List at Sr.No.201 on 20.07.2016.
