The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to conclude the pending inquiry.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukha Singh submits that the cancellation report has been prepared and is pending for approval, which will be presented in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two months.
