The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 25.10.2005 by Sh. A.S. Chadha, Advocate, vide Diary No.119012 in CWP No.15626 of 1991. Main case has been disposed of on 18.07.2013. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 26.10.2005. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part2A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re2filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re2filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re2filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
