(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to promote petitioners, being physically handicapped employees, as Middle Head with all consequential benefits in accordance with reservation policy for Handicapped Employees (Annexure P-7) in the light of judgment dated 18.03.2010 (Annexure P-6). Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 08.02.2019 (Annexure P-10) in terms of judgment (Annexure P-6) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 08.02.2019 (Annexure P-10) in terms of judgment (Annexure P-6) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.30 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.30862 of 2019 (O&M) -2failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners from running pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
