Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.646 dated 21.09.2023, registered under Sections 186, 332, 341, 353 read with Section 34 of IPC, at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat, Haryana. 2.

Vide orders dated 07.10.2023 and 07.02.2024, the Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The orders dated 07.10.2023 and 07.02.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case and this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused. 6.
