The present appeal pertains to the year 2014. None had put in appearance on behalf of the parties on the last date of hearing, therefore, Registry was directed to issue notice to the parties as well as their counsel for the date fixed.

As per office report, notice could not be served upon the appellants for want of correct/complete address. It is further reported that letter issued to Mr. G.K.Chawla, Advocate, learned counsel for the appellant has been received back with the report that he has expired. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 4.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the present appeal in case any cause of action survives. 6.
