(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 165, dated 23.08.2019, under Sections 376, 506 of IPC (added later on 370, 420, 120-B of IPC), registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 27th January, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Narinder Pal Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 27th January, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
