Seeking release of the alleged detenu, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that earlier respondent No.4-Sameer Khan and Harman Sharma daughter of petitioner-Harjeet Sharma, had filed a protection petition before this Court and subsequently, she had filed a complaint against her parent and after that neither Sameer Khan nor Harman Sharma had approached the police. 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that he has come to know from the villagers that Sameer Khan forcibly and illegally trying to change Harman Sharma's religion from Hindu to Islam, however there is nothing on record qua the detail of such villager who told him about the fact of conversion of religion.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
