RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Monu, in case FIR No. 127 dated 20.09.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 IPC at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad. On instructions from HC Bed Ram, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 24.10.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
