Mr. Gurbhej Singh, Advocate for the complainant. ,-/ The instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.112 dated 31.07.2024 registered under Section(s) 108/61 of the BNSS, 2023 at Police Station, Sadar, Samana, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Nishan Singh, submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.09.2024 passed by a co8 ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has planted 10 saplings of indigenous plants at a public place and has also placed on record the photographs thereof. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 26.09.2024 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./Section 482(2) of BNSS.
