The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 28.05.2010 by Sh. Rajinder Pal Singh Rana, Advocate, vide Diary No.522046 in CWP No. 15293 of 2009. Main case has been allowed on 24.05.2012. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 29.05.2010. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part5A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re5filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re5filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re5filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
