(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuing appropriate directions to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to arrest the accused/respondent No.4 herein and to present challan after completion of the investigation in case FIR No.75 dated 22.8.2022, under Sections 376 and 417 IPC, 1860 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station Woman, District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Kuldip Singh, informed that respondent No.4/accused has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the trial Court vide order dated 22.2.2023 and has placed on record photocopy of the communication sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar to the Officer Incharge of Police Station, P.S.
