At the outset, Mr. Vishal Singh Borwal, Advocate has put in appearance and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No. 4 & 5 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

In compliance of order dated 19.10.2023, the detenue is present in Court along with respondent No. 4 and a report has also been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri, where the detenue has already got her statement recorded. 3.

The Court has also interacted with the detenue and she has submitted on the same lines.

Accordingly, the present petition for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus has been rendered infructuous, as the detenue has come present in Court today and she is not in any illegal custody. PARUL 2023.11.06 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

The detenue has volunteered that she will keep in touch with the mother i.e. petitioner herein and rebuild their relationship with her, and shall make endeavour to meet the parents in due course. 6.
