HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to take Safety Code Test of the petitioner as per the letter dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure P-6) issued by respondent No.3. Further prayer has been made that during the pendency of present petition, the salary of the petitioner may not be decreased/deducted on the ground that he has not passed the Safety Code Test.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
