Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who have been engaged as Clerks in the Haryana Roadways between 1993 to 1998, are entitled for regularization in terms of judgment passed in Mahesh Chander and another vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP-22925-2015 and other connected cases, decided on 09.08.2023, Annexure P-6. In this regard, a representation dated 10.07.2024, Annexure P-9, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, keeping in view the aforesaid judgment.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 10.07.2024, Annexure P-9, taking note of the afore-referred judgment, expeditiously.
