By way of present revision petition, challenge has been made to the impugned order dated 12.07.2022 (P-4), vide which, application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, was dismissed by the Trial Court. 2.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner (defendant) seeks withdrawal of present revision petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
