******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.314 dated 20.09.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and 326 IPC added later on, at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat.

As per the allegations in the FIR, petitioner was armed with knife and had given 3 knife blows on the person of complainant. Thereafter, co-accused Yashdeep took the knife from the petitioner and caused injuries in the abdomen and chest of the complainant. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
